I see a lot of reviews that customers received fake jewelry so it’s either fake or you just don’t get it. I have received 0 updates or confirmation that they were going to fix this. It has a solder NPT duo pattern inlet screw and a hose outlet end. Brass is also a relatively good insulator for a metal. The hose bib itself is made from a specially treated brass metal that is corrosion and rust-resistant. I didn’t order any custom pieces! I canceled my financing with Lendfirm but received no email confirmation as promised so I canceled through my bank. This hose bib is made from durable brass material and is fitted for both inch and inch pipes. I told them I can drive there and pick up a replacement order but was told that everything is made to order. I spoke to the manger who told me they need to file a claim with FedEx insurance, they made no effort to “replace” my order, I was just told that they will get back to me. Inside was another box that was sealed with a diamond sticker, inside the box I found EMPTY cases! I called them and Madeline told me that she packed the order herself and insisted someone from FedEx must’ve have stolen the merchandise as this was the 3rd time this has happened and apparently all from the same ship date. The box was sealed with tamper proof tape and I actually had to cut open the box. On August 5th I received my “order” from FedEx.
I placed a 9k order with gage diamonds and financed through Lendfirm on 7/18/22. I have never been scammed before until now.
